Refund Policy for YEO ACADEMY Training Packages and Mentoring Sessions.
At YEO ACADEMY, we're committed to providing our students with exceptional educational experiences in the beauty industry. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To ensure clarity and satisfaction for all parties involved, please review our refund policy below:
Training Packages:
- Deposit: A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in any of our training courses. This deposit is crucial in reserving your place and accessing our comprehensive training materials.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your training session, we allow a one-time transfer of your deposit to another training date. This request must be made in advance and is subject to availability. Please note, if a training session is cancelled or rescheduled more than once, the deposit will be forfeited.
Mentoring Sessions:
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all mentoring sessions. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps us tailor a personalised mentoring experience.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: We offer the flexibility to transfer your deposit to a different mentoring session date, should you need to adjust your plans. This is permitted once and must be requested in advance, based on mentor availability. If a mentoring session is cancelled or rescheduled more than once, the deposit will be forfeited.
General Terms:
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits cover initial administrative costs, resource allocation, and preparation efforts made by our team to ensure you receive the highest quality education.
- Final Payments: The balance of your training or mentoring fee, beyond the deposit, is due on or before the session date. Specific details regarding the final payment will be provided upon booking.
- Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. YEO ACADEMY will review cases of emergency on an individual basis. Documentation may be required for consideration.
